Ingredients (for 15-16 pieces)
Gyoza skins: 15 pieces
Peeled shrimp・・・15 pieces
Potato Starch… 1 teaspoon
Minced pork・・・150g
*Green onion 10 cm (finely chopped)
*Sake: 2 teaspoons
*Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
*Potato starch: 2 teaspoons
*Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
*Salt・・・1/4 teaspoon
*Pepper・・・a little
green onion sauce
Green onion・・・1/2
Soy sauce, vinegar, 2 tbsp each
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Roasted sesame 1 tbsp
how to make
1.If the peeled shrimp has back veins, remove it, sprinkle a little potato starch (not included in the ingredients) and wash it away.
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
2.Add * to minced pork and knead until it becomes whitish.
3.Place the meat from step 2 thinly on the top half of the gyoza skin, and place the shrimp sprinkled with potato starch on top.
Moisten the edge of the skin with water, fold it in half and press firmly to close the edge. You can make about 15-16 pieces.
4.Put gyoza in boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes.
If you boil it too briskly, the skin may come off, so please boil it until it is slightly bubbly.
Gently put it in a colander and it’s done!
