Swordfish, which tends to be dry, is cut into bite-size pieces, sprinkled with potato starch, and grilled until soft and fluffy.
Add new potatoes for volume up!

Sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise make a sweet and spicy teriyaki with a punch♪
Marlin has no peculiarities and no bones, so it is easy to mix with other ingredients and easy to eat.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Swordfish…3 pieces
Salt and pepper…a little
Potato starch…2 tablespoons
Potatoes: 2 pieces (200g)
*Sweet chili sauce…2.5 tablespoons
*Sake, mirin…1 tablespoon each
*Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise: 1.5 tablespoons
Salad oil…1 tablespoon

how to make

1.Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place in a heat-resistant container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 4 minutes.

2.Cut each swordfish into 4-5 equal pieces and wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sprinkle a thin layer of potato starch around it.
Put it in a plastic bag and shake it lightly to cover it.

3.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the swordfish.
When the whole thing turns whitish, turn it over, spread it in half, add the potatoes and bake.

4.When the potatoes are browned, stir-fry them all together, add * and mix quickly.

To finish, add mayonnaise, turn off the heat, toss to coat, season with pepper, and it’s done! !

If you like a strong flavor, add sweet chili sauce at the end.
