A simple recipe that is great as a snack!
Easy to use in a frying pan without frying!
Add consommé to the salty seaweed flavor for an addictive taste♪
It’s easy to eat in stick form, so it’s also recommended as a snack!
material
Nagaimo…250g
Consomme granules: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper… a little
Potato starch…3 tablespoons
Green seaweed…1 tablespoon
Salad oil: 3 tablespoons
How to make
1.Peel the yam and cut into 4cm x 1.5-2cm pieces.
2.Add yam, consommé, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix.
3.Add potato starch and green seaweed to a plastic bag, mix, and add nagaimo.
Close the bag and shake the bag to coat the yam with flour.
4.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the yam over medium-low heat. It’s done when it’s golden brown! !
If the time has passed, warming it in the toaster will restore the texture.
It’s delicious even when it’s cold, so it’s also recommended for lunch boxes.
