Hello! ! This is PAO.
A fish recipe that you can eat with saury!
Yurinchi sauce goes great with fish too!


It eliminates the smell of fish and can be eaten easily.
If you don’t like spicy food, please make it without chili oil.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

pacific saury…4 fish
Salt and pepper…a little
Sake: 1 tablespoon
Potato starch…appropriate amount
Salad oil: 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon

*Green onions: 1/2
*Ginger: 1 teaspoon (grated)
*Soy sauce, vinegar…2 tablespoons each
*Cane sugar: 1 tablespoon
*Chili oil…a little bit

How to make

1.Cut the saury into three pieces and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle with sake, salt and pepper. Cut the paprika into thin pieces.

2.Drain with kitchen paper and sprinkle a thin layer of potato starch around it.

3.Heat 1 teaspoon of salad oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the paprika, then remove.

4.Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in the same frying pan and fry the sanma, skin side down.


Once it turns whitish and browned, flip it over and fry it until both sides are crispy.

5.*Mix all the ingredients to make the green onion sauce. Adjust the spiciness of the chili oil to your liking.

6.Finish by adding green onion sauce to the saury! !

Add the sauce just before eating.
