Hello!

Cabbage/1/2 consumption recipe! !
It’s a healthy dish with lots of vegetables.

It’s easy, just cut the cabbage in half horizontally, sandwich the pork in the gap, and heat it in the microwave for 10 minutes! !

The sesame miso sauce that you just mix goes well with cabbage and meat.

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Cabbage: 1/2 piece (about 500g)
Thinly sliced pork belly…200g
Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
Sake: 1 tablespoon
Pepper… a little

*Miso, mirin, sugar…1 tablespoon each
*Soy sauce, sesame oil…2 teaspoons each
*Vinegar: 1/2 tablespoon
*Grinded sesame seeds…1 tablespoon

How to make

1.Cut the cabbage in half crosswise. We recommend using the top half.
If there is a core inside, cut it out with a knife.

2.Place the cabbage on a heat-resistant plate and use your hands to spread the space between the pieces.
Crumble the cabbage outwards.

3.Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into 5cm lengths and stuff them into the gaps between the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper.

Pour sake on top, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 10 to 11 minutes.

4.Make sesame miso sauce. *Mix all ingredients.

Leave it covered with plastic wrap for about 5 minutes and it’s done! !
Cut it with a knife like a cake, loosen it up, and serve with miso sauce! !

The cabbage with the flavor of the meat is sweet and delicious! !
The rice goes great with the sesame miso sauce (^^♪
