A fish dish that uses plenty of new potatoes.
Yellowtail cut into bite-sized pieces and new potatoes
A fish recipe that goes well with stir-fried rice with oyster sauce! !
Ingredients (for 3 people)
Yellowtail…3 slices
Salt and pepper…a little
Potato starch…2 tablespoons
New potatoes…300g
Asparagus…3 pieces
*Garlic: 1/2 clove (grated)
*1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
*Mirin, sake…2 tablespoons each
Salad oil…1 tablespoon
How to make
1.Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Boil the asparagus with salt and cut into 4cm pieces.
2.Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes. Cover up the moisture that comes out with kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with pepper, put potato starch and yellowtail in a plastic bag, and shake to coat the surrounding area with flour.
3.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the yellowtail from 1. When the whole thing turns whitish, turn it over.
Once both sides are cooked, remove.
4.Put the potatoes in a frying pan and fry them, then add the yellowtail back in.
5.Add the combined * and boil it down, then add the asparagus and complete.
You can also sprinkle black pepper to finish.
