Good evening! This is PAO.
Today’s recipe is a chicken thigh that goes well with rice~♪
A simple recipe of chicken thighs and green onions mixed with garlic miso butter in a frying pan!
It’s delicious even when it’s cold, so it’s recommended for lunch boxes.
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Green onion…1 piece
Sake: 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper…a little
*Sake: 2 tablespoons
*Miso, soy sauce, sugar, mirin…1 tablespoon each
*Garlic: 1/2 clove (grated)
Salad oil…1 teaspoon
Butter…8g
Pepper…a little
how to make
1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sake.
2.Slice the green onions diagonally. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and fry the green onions. Once it softens, take it out.
3.Place the chicken pieces from step 1, skin side down, in the same frying pan and heat over medium heat.
When the whole turns white, turn it over.
4.When the back side is also browned, put the green onions back in, add the mixed * ingredients, and evaporate the moisture.
5.Add butter, simmer, sprinkle with pepper, and it’s done! ! It’s refreshing because it’s full of green onions!
It’s delicious even if you put it on top of rice and make it into a bowl!
