Seasoned with curry powder, soy sauce, and oyster sauce! !

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken breast・1 piece
Salt and pepper…a little
Potato starch: 1/2 tablespoon
New onion 1 piece
Asparagus…3 pieces
Curry powder…1 teaspoon
*Sake, water…1 tablespoon each
*Oyster sauce, soy sauce・・・2 teaspoons each
*Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salad oil…1 tablespoon

how to make

1.Cut the chicken breast into 3 pieces and cut into 1 cm wide pieces.
Cut the new onion in half lengthwise and cut it into 1 cm width to cut off the fiber.

2.Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sift potato starch and lightly coat.

3.Heat 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the new onion. Once it softens, take it out.

4.Heat the remaining salad oil in a frying pan and grill the chicken breast from Step 2. When the whole becomes white, turn it over.
Fold the chicken in half and add the asparagus.

5.Put the new onion back in, add the curry powder and stir-fry.
Add the asterisks (*) that have been combined, and wrap them around to complete! !
