Onion: 1/2 piece
Egg…1/2 piece
Bread crumbs…2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper…a little

How to make
1.Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and make slits.
Finely chop the cut stems.
2.Add ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper to a bowl.
Mix until it becomes sticky.
Add the chopped part of the shiitake mushrooms.
3.Lightly sift the flour over the shiitake mushrooms and coat them all over.
Stuff the meatballs into the cap of the shiitake mushrooms.
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour all over. Dust off the excess with your hands.
4.Dip the meat-stuffed shiitake mushrooms in the beaten egg and press down on the bread crumbs.
If it is difficult to get bread crumbs around the shiitake mushrooms, spread the egg around the shiitake mushrooms again with a spoon.
Dip it twice in breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
5.Gently add the meat side down to the preheated oil at 170℃ and fry for about 3 minutes.
Turn over and fry the shiitake mushroom side for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, then drain the oil thoroughly and it’s done!
