Garlic shrimp with lots of peppers!
It has a strong consommé soy sauce flavor and goes well with alcohol.
You can easily make it in a frying pan.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Peeled shrimp…170g
*Olive oil…1 tablespoon
*Garlic: 1 clove (chopped)
*Consommé soup base: 1 teaspoon
Green pepper…130g (about 3-4 pieces)
Soy sauce: 1/2 teaspoon
How to Make
1.Remove any devein from the peeled shrimp, rub in a little potato starch (not listed), and rinse with water.
Remove moisture with kitchen paper, add * and mix. Leave for 10 minutes.
2.Cut the peppers into strips about 5mm wide.
3.Add the shrimp with the sauce to the heated frying pan and move them to the edge. Add green pepper and fry.
4.Flip the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp turn red.
5.Add soy sauce and stir-fry to complete! !
Also recommended for lunch boxes! !
The key is not to overcook the shrimp.
