An easy pork side dish made with plenty of spring cabbage in the microwave. ♪

Just roll it with shredded cabbage and pork and heat it in the microwave! ! Yuzu pepper sauce goes great with meat and cabbage! !
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Thinly sliced pork belly…200g
Spring cabbage…150g
Sake: 1 tablespoon
Pepper… a little
*Ponzu sauce: 1 tablespoon
*Mayonnaise…2 tablespoons
*Yuzu pepper…1/2 teaspoon
How to make
1.Cut the cabbage into strips about 8cm long.
2.Place the cabbage from step 1 on the thinly sliced pork belly and roll it up. It is easier to wrap the meat by cutting it in half lengthwise and rolling the two pieces side by side.

3.Arrange on a heat-resistant plate, sprinkle with sake and pepper, cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes and it’s done! !
4.Mix the * ingredients and make the yuzu pepper sauce.
Just before eating, please drizzle the sauce over it! !
The crunchy spring cabbage and chewy pork are delicious.
