This is a delicious cabbage recipe that you can eat endlessly! !

The seasoning is Japanese flavored with vinegar to match the whitebait and perilla leaves.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Spring cabbage…300g (about 1/4 cabbage)
Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
Perilla…8 pieces
Whitebait…30g
*Vinegar…2 tablespoons
*Soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon
*Sugar: 1 teaspoon
*Olive oil…1 tablespoon
*Pepper…a little bit
How to make
1.Cut the cabbage into strips about 3cm long.
2.Sprinkle salt on the cabbage and let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water. Shred the perilla leaves as well.
3.*Mix the ingredients.

4.Put the cabbage, whitebait, and perilla leaves in a bowl, add * and mix thoroughly.
