Ingredients (for 4 people)

Chicken thigh…500g
*Salt koji…2 tablespoons
*Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
*Sake: 1 tablespoon
*Garlic and ginger: 1 clove each (grated)
Egg: 1/2 piece
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Potato starch…6 tablespoons
Fried oil…appropriate amount

How to make

1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

2.Mix the * ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and mix well. Leave it as is for 30 minutes.

3.Add the beaten eggs and mix. Add flour and mix.

4.Sprinkle potato starch over the meat using a bat. Remove excess powder.

5.Fry in oil at 160℃ for 5 minutes.
For the last minute, increase the heat a little and fry until crispy.
