Hello. It’s PAO.
Chicken and summer vegetables gyugyuu-yaki style that can be served on the table together with the frying pan.
I grilled the chicken in a frying pan, added the chopped summer vegetables, and steamed it~! !
You can make it with a lot of vegetables on a hot plate.
material
Chicken thigh・500g
*Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
*Pepper・・・a little
*Grated garlic・・・2 tsp
*Sake: 1 tablespoon
Zucchini・・・1/2
Paprika・・・1/2 piece
mini tomato 8 pieces
Salad oil 2 tsp
Japanese sake 1 tbsp
◎ Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
◎Ponzu sauce・・・1 tbsp
◎Yuzu pepper・・・1/2 teaspoon
how to make
1.Cut the zucchini into 1cm-thick half-moons, and cut the paprika into chunks.
2.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and rub in *.
3.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken from step 2 with the skin side down over medium heat. When the whole turns white, flip it over.
Remove a little of the oil from the frying pan with kitchen paper to keep it fresh.
4.Place the vegetables between the meat.
5.Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam-grill until the vegetables are tender.
The chicken is steamed so it’s soft and fluffy!
If you overcook the chicken, it will become tough, so add the vegetables as soon as you turn it over.
It is delicious as it is, but If you pour a yuzu pepper mayonnaise sauce mixed with ◎, it goes well with meat and vegetables! You can eat it refreshingly with ponzu sauce.
