Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
*Yogurt 3 tbsp
*Ketchup 2 tbsp
*Garlic, ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
*Curry powder・・・2.5 tsp
*Chili powder・・・1/4 teaspoon (if available)
Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
◎ If you don’t have chili powder, add a little more curry powder.
Adding garam masala makes it spicy and delicious.

1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2.Mix the * ingredients together. Add the meat and * ingredients to a plastic bag, rub in, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Let it soak for about an hour, and the flavors will really come together.
3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and place the chicken from Step 2 skin side down.
Heat over medium-low heat.
Wipe off the excess oil and marinade from the frying pan with kitchen paper while baking to get a nice brown color.
