Chicken wings・・・10 pieces
Salt and pepper…a little
*Soy sauce, vinegar, sake, honey・・・2 tbsp each
*Ginger (grated)・・・1 piece
*Water・・・200ml
Grained mustard 1 tbsp
Salad oil 2 tsp
how to make
1.Use kitchen scissors to make a cut on the chicken wings from the opposite side of the skin, and cut the bones away from the meat.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
2.Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and grill the chicken wings with the skin side down.
3.When it is browned, turn it over and bake both sides.
4.Wipe off excess oil in the frying pan with kitchen paper, add * and bring to a boil.Cover with a drop lid with aluminum foil or the like, turn over occasionally and simmer for about 20 minutes.
5.Add grainy mustard, simmer until the liquid is gone, and mix with the sauce to complete! !
