Sandwiched grilled zucchini and minced meat♪
The zucchini that absorbs the umami of the meat is delicious♪

material
Zucchini・・・1 piece
potato starch・・・1 tbsp
Minced beef and pork・・・150g
Salt and pepper…a little
1/4 onion (finely chopped)
〇Grated ginger・・・1/2 teaspoon
〇 Sake, potato starch, 1 tbsp each
*Soy sauce, sake, mirin・・・1 tbsp each
*Vinegar, sugar, 1/2 tbsp each
Salad oil 1 tbsp
how to make
1.Cut the zucchini into 5-8 mm wide pieces. Wipe off the moisture on the surface with kitchen paper.
2.Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and knead until it turns white and sticky.
Finely chop the onion, add ○ and mix.
3.Put the zucchini in a plastic bag, add potato starch, and lightly sprinkle with flour.
4.Place the meatballs from step 3 on top of the zucchini and sandwich with another zucchini.
If you press it tightly, it will not come off easily.
5.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and bake 4 over medium heat.
When it is golden brown, flip it over, cover with a lid, and steam for 3 to 4 minutes.
6.Add the combined * seasonings, and when it comes to a boil, scoop the sauce with a spoon and pour it over the zucchini several times.
◎ If you turn it over many times, the meat will come off easily, so pour it on top of the meat and zucchini to mix it well.
