Adobo is a Filipino home-cooked dish in which meat is simmered in plenty of vinegar.
Just refreshing with vinegar is delicious!
The soft onions and crunchy beans absorb the flavor of the meat and make it delicious.

2.Add salad oil and garlic to a pot and heat over low heat. Once fragrant, add chicken wings and onions and fry until the meat is browned.
3.Add *, cover with a drop lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the meat is tender.
◎Break the bay leaf in half and add it to bring out the fragrance.
4.Add half-boiled boiled egg and mixed beans and simmer. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
If the water gets low during the process, add more.
The beans that have been soaked in the flavor of the meat are a nice crunchy accent!
The meat is so soft that it comes off easily with chopsticks! !
The effect of vinegar makes even the cartilage soft! !
It’s nice to have a refreshing dish during the humid rainy season.
