A healthy oil chicken breast that is grilled in a frying pan instead of fried and sprinkled with a refreshing green onion sauce! !

The meat is plump and soft with the secret ingredient salt koji~~!
You can eat it refreshingly even on a hot day!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken breast・1 piece
Shio-koji 1 tbsp
Pepper…a little
Katakuriko 4 tbsp
Salad oil 3-4 tbsp

Sauce
Green onion・・・1/2
Ginger 1/2 piece (finely chopped)
Garlic・・・1/2 clove (finely chopped)

*Soy sauce, vinegar, 2 tbsp each
*Sugar・・・1 tbsp

*Sesame oil 2 teaspoons

how to make

1.Cut the chicken breast into 3 equal parts.

2.Put salt, pepper, and chicken breast in a plastic bag and rub well.
If possible, marinate for at least 30 minutes to soften.

3.Put potato starch and chicken from Step 2 in another plastic bag, and sprinkle evenly with flour.

4.Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and grill the chicken breast.
When the whole is whitish and browned, turn it over.

5.Chop the onion, ginger and garlic
Add * and mix, then pour over the meat and you’re done! !

Pour the sauce over just before eating.
