Hello! This is PAO.
Easy chocolate terrine with just 2 ingredients.
This is a chocolate terrine that can be made in less than 10 minutes, excluding the cooling time, as it is easy and does not require an oven.
It’s rich when you eat it as is!
If you put it in the microwave for a while, it will become smooth♪
This is an easy recipe that allows you to enjoy a variety of textures.
Materials (bottom 16.5 x 7 x 5.5 cm pound mold)
Confectionery chocolate…200g
Fresh cream…200ml
How to make
1.Add the cream to a small saucepan and heat over low heat while stirring. When the surrounding area starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Add finely chopped confectioners’ chocolate.
2.Melt the chocolate over the preheat while stirring vigorously and slowly.
*If you melt it too quickly, it will separate, so mix it slowly and thoroughly.
3.When it becomes glossy, pour it into a pound mold lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator overnight to harden.
4.Remove the paper liner and sprinkle with cocoa powder. If you sprinkle cocoa powder for the topping, it won’t smudge even after a while in the refrigerator.
Complete with fresh cream and strawberry topping! !
It’s hard to squeeze fresh cream on top of cocoa.
We recommend not sprinkling cocoa on the part where you squeeze the cream.
Cutting with a warm knife will result in clean cuts.
