Easy and convenient version without using agar.
Just steam it, mix it in a food processor, put it in a mold and let it cool.

No butter or fresh cream is used, and the seasoning is only sugar and salt. You can really feel the taste of the food♪

Sweet potato・・・1 (300g net)
Sugar: 40-50g (to your preferred sweetness)
salt, a pinch

how to make

  1. Cut the sweet potato into round slices of about 1 cm, and peel off the thick skin. Soak in water to remove the scum.
  2. Steam until the bamboo skewer goes through.

I steamed it in a pressure cooker for 7 minutes. Steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes.

3.Put 2 in a food processor and add sugar and salt to make a smooth paste.

4.Add 3 little by little to a pound mold covered with an oven sheet.
Press firmly to the corners.

Refrigerate overnight and you’re done! !

*Chill and harden in your favorite mold such as a vat. Refrigerate overnight for extra moistness!
