Hello! This is PAO.
It’s like ice cream like raw chocolate.
Cool and harden flat in a storage container, then cut into pieces like raw chocolate.
Sprinkle with cocoa for a bite of fresh chocolate ice cream.♪
material
Confectionery chocolate…100g
Cocoa powder…1 tablespoon
Fresh cream, milk…100ml each
How to make
1.Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl, add the boiled cream and milk little by little, and mix to melt.
Once completely melted, place the bottom of the bowl in ice water to cool.
2.Once completely cooled, put it in a storage bag and chill it in the freezer. After about 2 hours, give the bag a good squeeze to loosen it.
3.Place in a storage container, smooth out the surface, and refrigerate overnight.
If you put a parchment paper on it, it will be easier to take out.
4.Cut to desired size.
5.Sprinkle the cocoa into a vat, add the raw chocolate from step 4, and sprinkle well.
Cool it a little in the freezer and it’s done!
*Palette knife, etc. used to move bats and chocolate ice cream.
Chilling it in the freezer will prevent it from melting.
When massaging chocolate ice cream in a plastic bag, chill it before massaging it.
Repeat several times to get a smoother chocolate ice cream.
