Hello! This is PAO.
Make a rose-style pickled red turnip.
Red turnips are often red on the outside, with a slight red tinge to the white inside, but if you soak them overnight, they turn pink all over and become very beautiful.

Roll it up to create a rose shape~♪
It’s sweet and sour and refreshing, so it’s recommended for a break from chopsticks.
Ingredients
Red turnip…3 pieces
Salt: 1/2 tablespoon
*Vinegar…150ml
*Sugar: 4 tablespoons
How to make
1.Cut the turnips in half lengthwise and into thin half-moons. Place in a plastic bag, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 15 minutes.
2.Make sweet and sour vinegar. *Put in a small pot and heat until dissolved sugar and remove from heat.
3.Squeeze the turnips to remove water.

4.Add turnips and sweet vinegar to a plastic bag and massage.
You can eat deliciously for about 3 to 4 hours. If you soak it overnight, it will turn bright red.
(Depending on the type of turnip, some turnips may not turn bright red overnight.)

Roll it into a cone shape to make a core, then wrap several pieces around it like flower petals.
Fold it slightly outward so it resembles a petal.
Slice the turnips as thinly as possible to make beautiful roses.
The thicker it is, the more chewy and delicious it will be, so cut it to the thickness you like.
