Chop the chicken breast and burdock into small pieces and fry in a frying pan.
The soft texture of the chicken breast and the crunchy texture of the burdock are addictive!
Rice goes well with my favorite Thai seasoning.
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Chicken breast・1 piece
◎ Nampula… 1 teaspoon
◎Potato starch・・・1/2 tbsp
Burdock・・・100g
・Potato starch ・1 tablespoon
green pepper 3 pieces
Paprika・・・1/3
Ginger 1 piece (chopped)
*Nampula, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, sugar ・・・ 1 tbsp each
Salad oil 2 tbsp
Rice, fried egg, for the number of people
how to make
1.Scrape off the skin of the burdock with the back of a knife and cut it into 1 cm wide pieces.
Cut in half if too thick. expose to water. Cut the peppers into 1 cm cubes.
2.Cut the chicken breast into 1-1.5cm cubes. Rub in the ◎.
3.Drain the burdock root with potato starch and kitchen paper in a plastic bag, and shake to coat with flour.
4.Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add burdock root and fry.
Stir to prevent sticking. Once the burdock becomes soft, take it out.
5.Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and add the chicken breast from 2.
Bake while loosening.
6.When the color of the meat changes, add the ginger and green peppers, and put the burdock root back in.
Add *, heat until the whole is thickened, season with pepper to taste, and you’re done!
Pour over rice, top with a fried egg, and mix with the egg yolk to eat.
