Hello! It’s PAO

This time, I used raw garland chrysanthemum and beef as a salad!

A delicious salad with hearty garland chrysanthemum topped with rich and delicious yakiniku.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

garland chrysanthemum:200g
Sake 1 tbsp
Garland chrysanthemum (leaves): 60g

*Soy sauce, sake, mirin: 1.5 tbsp each
*Sugar, gochujang, 1 tbsp each
Sesame oil 2 teaspoons

how to make

1,Cut the leaves of the garland chrysanthemum into 4cm lengths.
Drain well by exposing to water.

2.Rub the sake into the beef.

3.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the beef from 2.

4.When the color of the meat has changed throughout, add the mixed ingredients* and boil down.

Place it on top of the garland chrysanthemum, and sprinkle the excess sauce over the garland chrysanthemum leaves to complete.

Slice the garland chrysanthemum stems diagonally, stir-fry in sesame oil, and drizzle with soy sauce for a delicious taste.
