If you peel the eggplant and microwave it, it goes well with the soft pork that you quickly shabu-shabu! !

The refreshing sesame-flavored sauce with ginger is perfect for vegetables and meat.

material

Pork meat for shabu-shabu・・・350g
Sake・2 tbsp
Salt 1 teaspoon
Eggplant・・・3 pieces

*Soy sauce, vinegar, 2 tbsp each
*Sugar, ground sesame・・・1 tbsp each
*Grated ginger・・・1/2 teaspoon

*Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
*Chinese bean sauce・・・1/3 tsp~

how to make

1.the eggplant, wrap each in plastic wrap, place on a heat-resistant plate, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 to 3 minutes and 30 seconds. leave as is.

2.Put water in a small pot and heat until just before boiling, add sake and salt and mix. Shabu-shabu the pork in non-boiling water (around 80°C). It is easy to make if you put 4 to 5 pieces at a time.
When the color of the meat changes, take it in a colander. Cool without soaking in water.

3.When the eggplant from step 1 is cooled, tear it by hand. If it’s hot, put it in water to cool it down.

4.Top with torn lettuce and eggplant.

5.Top it with plenty of shabu-shabu and pour the sauce mixed with * on it! !
