Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Chicken wings・・・8~9 pieces

*Shio-koji 2 teaspoons

*Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
*Sake, sugar, 1 tbsp each
*Garlic, ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
Sesame oil…a little

how to make

1.Poke a hole in the chicken wings with a toothpick and make a cut between the bone and the meat with kitchen scissors.
It cooks well and is easy to eat as the bones come off easily.

2.Add the chicken wings from Step 1 and * to a plastic bag and mix well. Soak for 1 hour or more.

3.Let the meat come to room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.

4.Spread the oven sheet on the iron plate and line up the chicken. It’s delicious if you arrange new potatoes together.
Lightly spread the remaining sauce and sesame oil over the surface of the meat and new potatoes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 25 minutes.
