Recommended today even when on a diet. A healthy radish and pork recipe.
Layer the thinly sliced radish and pork in a frying pan and heat it up in 5 minutes! !
The meat is seasoned with salt and koji, so it’s full of flavor and the meat is tender! The radish is sweet and delicious♪
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Salt koji…1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper…a little
Sake, water: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons each
how to make
1.Rub salt and koji into the pork slices. If it’s large, cut it in half.
2.Peel the radish and cut into thin half-moons. Arrange 1/3 of the radish in a frying pan. *Please arrange the thicker daikon radish on the bottom.
3.Spread half of the pork over the radish from step 2.
4.Layer them again with the radish and pork, then put the radish on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add sake and water, cover and heat over medium heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
*A little salt is enough.
