Ready in 15 minutes in a frying pan. Simple sweet and spicy grilled chicken wings.

Instead of frying the chicken wings, they are baked in a frying pan and mixed with a spicy sauce containing gochujang.
Gochujang adds richness and spiciness.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Chicken wings・・・8 pieces
Salt and pepper…a little
Sake 1 tbsp
Potato starch, wheat flour 2 tablespoons each

*Soy sauce, sake, mirin・・・2 tbsp each
*Sugar: 1 tbsp

*Gochujang 1 teaspoon
*Garlic, ginger・・・1/2 each (grated)
Salad oil・・・1.5 tbsp
Roasted sesame seeds, ground pepper, a little of each

how to make

1.Make a cut on the side opposite to the skin of the chicken wings, and use kitchen scissors to separate the meat from the thick bones so that it is easier to eat and cook.
Rub the chicken wings with salt, pepper and sake.

2, 1 chicken wings with kitchen paper to suppress the moisture.

Add potato starch and wheat flour to a plastic bag and shake to mix.
Add the chicken wings and shake again to dust the chicken wings with flour.

Sprinkle half the flour and the chicken wings on top of each other for a nice finish.

3.Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wings skin side down over medium heat.


When it is golden brown, turn it over, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and bake for about 3 minutes. Take out the wings.

4, Wipe off the oil in the frying pan with kitchen paper, add * and bring to a boil. When it becomes thick and thick, put the chicken wings back in and quickly mix with the sauce.

It’s also delicious if you sprinkle shichimi chili pepper.

The amount of gochujang is small, so it’s not too spicy.
