This is an easy chicken thigh recipe that is recommended for lunch boxes.


Just rub the chicken thighs together with seasonings in a plastic bag and fry them in a frying pan.
Seasoned with chicken stock, garlic, and sesame oil! !

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken thigh・1 piece
*Sake: 1 tablespoon
*Chicken soup base…2 teaspoons
*Grated garlic…1/2 teaspoon
*2 pinches of salt
*Pepper・・・a little
*Sesame oil…2 teaspoons

how to make

1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a storage bag.
Add *, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
If you have time, let it sit longer so the flavors will infuse better.

2.Place 1 on a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
When the edges are whitish and golden brown, flip it over.

◎Since it is coated with sesame oil, there is no need to add oil to the frying pan.

3.Cover with a lid and heat on low heat for about 2 minutes, and when it’s golden brown, it’s done! !

If it’s not salty enough, add salt and pepper to taste.
