Hello! ! This is PAO.
The fillet is coated with potato starch and baked, so it’s chewy and soft♪
Plenty of green pepper makes it crunchy and a great accent.
The rice goes well with the rich miso sauce made with honey and garlic (^^♪
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Chicken fillets…5 pieces (300g)
Sake: 1 tablespoon
Salt…a little bit
Potato starch: 2-3 tablespoons
Green pepper…2-3 pieces
*Miso, sake, honey…1 tablespoon each
*Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
*Grated garlic…1/4 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds…2 teaspoons
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
How to make
1.Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces, cutting through the fibers.
Rub in the sake and salt. Cut the peppers into pieces.
◎If you are concerned about streaks, please remove it.
2.Put the potato starch and the chicken fillet in a plastic bag and shake it to coat it evenly with the flour.
3.Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the fillet.
When the edges are whitish and golden brown, flip it over.
Once both sides are browned, take them out.
◎If you overcook the chicken breasts, they will become tough, so take them out and let them cook through the residual heat.
4.Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the peppers.
5.Put the chicken fillets back in from 3 and add the ※ that you put together.
Quickly entangle and add roasted sesame to complete! !
Sesame is fragrant and goes well with miso sauce.
