A recipe full of vegetables with half a cabbage!
Layer the chicken marinated in the sweet and spicy Korean sauce on top of the chopped cabbage and leave it alone~♪ It’s so easy!

Sprinkle melted cheese on the finish to make it mellow and very popular with children ♪
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Chicken thigh・400g
Cabbage・・・1/2
*Gochujang, sake 2 tbsp each
*Soy sauce, sugar, mirin・・・1 tbsp each
*Garlic, ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
Salt and pepper…a little
Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
how to make
1.Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix * together, add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.

2.Cut the cabbage into 3 cm cubes. Heat the sesame oil in a deep frying pan or pot and add the cabbage.
Place 1 piece of chicken on top. Save the pickled sauce. (It burns easily, so add it later.)
Cover and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

3.When the color of the meat changes, add the remaining sauce, stir-fry, and season with salt and pepper.
Place melted cheese on top, cover, and when the cheese melts, it’s done! !
