Put the ingredients in the rice cooker and leave it alone! !
The meat is tender ♪ The fresh onions are melt-in-your-mouth soft.
The new onion that absorbs the umami of the chicken in the consommé soup is sweet and delicious~~! !
It’s also delicious if you add sausage or bacon instead of chicken, or carrots or mushrooms.
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
New onions: 3 to 4 pieces
Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
Water…600ml
Consommé soup base: 2 teaspoons
Broccoli…moderate amount
how to make
1.Cut off the top part of the new onion, cut off the bottom part, and make a cross incision.
2.Cut chicken thighs into 6 equal pieces. Rub in salt and pepper.
3.Put the new onion in a rice cooker, add water, consommé soup base, and the chicken from step 2.
Sprinkle pepper and switch on in the normal rice cooking mode of the rice cooker! !
4.Once the switch is turned off, it’s complete! !
Lightly wipe off the oil on the top with kitchen paper to make it light.
Taste and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
Keep warm for about 1 hour.
Some rice cookers can only cook rice, so please check your rice cooker.
