Today is a refreshing and delicious chicken recipe! !

Sprinkled with potato starch and grilled crispy chicken in a frying pan, topped with chive tomato sauce! !

The sweet and sour taste of tomatoes and the scent of Chinese chives make this a refreshing Japanese-style sauce that packs a punch.

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Salt・・・1/3 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
potato starch・・・4 tablespoons
Tomato · 1 piece
Chinese chives・・・1/2 bunch

*Soy sauce, vinegar, 2 tbsp each
*Sugar, sesame oil, 1 tbsp each
*Garlic・・・a little (grated)

*Roasted sesame 1 tbsp

how to make

1.Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Rub in salt and pepper, put potato starch and chicken in a plastic bag, and lightly dust with flour.

2.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken from Step 1, skin side down, over medium heat.
When the whole becomes whitish, turn it over and bake it crispy.

3.Make sauce while baking.
Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes, and cut the Chinese chives into 8 mm wide pieces.
Mix * and add chives and tomatoes.

4.Arrange the crispy grilled chicken, and just before eating, drizzle it with chive tomato sauce and you’re done! !
Sprinkle coarsely ground pepper on the finish to enhance the taste!
