Crunchy and addictive pickled cucumber!

It’s a refreshing Chinese-flavored cucumber with sesame oil and bean sauce that packs a punch.
Ingredients
Cucumber…3 pieces
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
*Soy sauce, vinegar…2 tablespoons each
*Sugar: 1 tablespoon
*Chicken soup base: 1/2 teaspoon
*Bean sauce: 1/4 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds…1 teaspoon
How to make
1.Peel the cucumber lengthwise with a peeler.
2.Cut into pieces about 1cm thick.

3.Add 2 and salt to a plastic bag, rub it, let it sit for about 15 minutes, and squeeze out the water.
