An easy side dish that can be made in 10 minutes. Lotus root and bean sprout salad.

Just pour boiling water over the bean sprouts.
It retains its crunchy texture and is delicious when used in salads.
It’s ready in no time, so it’s a great side dish for busy days! !
Accented with quickly boiled crispy lotus root and beans!
When you add vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar to mayonnaise, the flavor becomes even more delicious! !
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Lotus root: 1 small
Bean sprouts…1 bag
Mixed beans…1 can
Canned tuna…1 can
*Mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds…1 tablespoon each
*Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar…1 teaspoon each
*Salt and pepper…a little
How to make
1.Cut the bean sprouts into 4cm lengths, place in a colander, and cover with boiling water. Rinse with cold water. Drain and squeeze.

2.Peel the lotus root and cut into thin half moons. Soak in water for about 2 minutes. Boil briefly with salt.
3.Add the bean sprouts, lotus roots, mixed beans, drained canned tuna, and *to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
*Please add the seasonings one by one directly.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Recommended for making ahead of time and serving as a lunch box.
