Today’s snack is easy to make in a frying pan.
Full of umami from squid♪ Stir-fried squid and yam with green onion salt! !
Both yam and squid are ingredients that cook quickly, so it’s easy to make!
If you use pre-cut squid, it will be ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Squid…200g
Nagaimo…130g
Green onion…1 piece
Garlic…1 clove (chopped)
Chicken stock base: 2/3 teaspoon
Sake: 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper…a little
How to make
1.Peel the Japanese yam and cut it into 1-1.5cm wide pieces.
Slice the green onions diagonally, and remove the legs and guts from the squid’s body and remove the cartilage. Cut the body into 1cm wide pieces.
*If you remove the internal organs and use cut pieces, it will save time.
2.Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat, and when fragrant, add green onions and yam and stir-fry.
3.Move the yam to the edge, add the squid and stir-fry.
4.When the squid turns whitish, add the chicken stock and sake and stir-fry.
Check the taste, and if it’s not salty enough, add salt and pepper to taste
It’s done! !
Stir-fry the squid briefly to prevent it from becoming tough.
