Good evening! This is PAO.
Contains one whole carrot♪A sweet and delicious risotto made from rice.

Contains 1 grated carrot♪
Just a little bit of curry powder as a hidden ingredient eliminates the carrot smell and creates a delicious risotto with a mellow sweetness.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Carrot…1 piece
Onion: 1/4 piece
Bacon…40g
Garlic…1/2 clove
White rice…150g
Olive oil…2 tablespoons
*Water…600ml
*Consommé granules: 2 teaspoons
*Salt and pepper…a little
Curry powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Frozen edamame…60g (weighed with pods)

How to make

1.Grate the carrot.
Wrap the carrots in plastic wrap and heat them at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds to make them easier to grate.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces. Thaw the edamame.

2.Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan, heat over low heat, and stir-fry the onions until fragrant.
When the onions are soft, add carrots and white rice and stir-fry.
When the rice becomes slightly transparent, add bacon and curry powder and stir-fry briefly.

3.Add * to another pot and bring to a boil.
Add to 2 in 4 parts. Mix each time, and when it starts to boil, add the next thing.

4.Cook over low heat until just simmering, about 15 to 18 minutes in total.
Don’t stir too much as it will get sticky, and mix from the bottom occasionally.
When it reaches your desired consistency, add the butter and season with salt and pepper.

5.Remove the thawed frozen edamame from the pod, add it to step 2, mix together, and you’re done!

Preheating is perfect if you stop it at about al dente.
If the water gets low while the rice is still hard, add boiling water.

You can really feel the grains of rice and it’s delicious! !
Since the seasoning is simple, we recommend making it with delicious carrots.

It was a nutritious risotto!
