Good evening! ! This is PAO.
Leave it alone in the rice cooker! Samgyetang style with turnip and chicken wings.

It’s oil-free and healthy.

Chicken wings…8 pieces
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper… a little
Rice: 3 tablespoons
Turnip…2 pieces
Green onion: 1/2 piece
*Water…200ml
*Garlic and ginger: 1 clove each (sliced)
*Chicken soup base: 2 teaspoons

How to make

1.Poke holes in the chicken wings with a toothpick to allow the flavors to soak in. Make a slit between the bone and the meat using kitchen shears or a knife.

2.Place the chicken wings in the rice cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3.Add rice and *. Turn on the rice cooker in normal white rice mode.

4.Cut the turnips into 8 equal pieces, leaving 1 cm of the stems intact.
Wash away any soil left on the stems. Slice the green onions diagonally.

5 minutes before the rice is cooked, add the turnips, green onions, and turnip leaves.

It’s done! !

If the turnips are still firm, keep them warm until they soften.
Or, after the switch is turned off, add the turnips, turn it on again, and heat for about 3 minutes to keep warm.
If it’s not salty enough, adjust it with salt and pepper.
