Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Chicken thigh・2 pieces
Cabbage・・・1/2
Salt・・・1/3 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
Sake・2 tbsp

how to make

1.Cut the cabbage into 3-4 cm pieces. Put 1/3 of the cabbage core and leaves into the rice cooker.

2.Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place half of it on top of the cabbage. Sprinkle with 1/6 teaspoon salt and pepper.

3.Layer half the remaining cabbage → remaining chicken → 1/6 teaspoon salt, pepper → remaining cabbage in order.
It feels like capping with cabbage at the end.

4.Sprinkle the sake and turn on the rice cooker! When the switch is turned off, it’s done!

Mix gently. The chicken is so tender! !
