Easy-to-eat chicken liver stir-fried with plenty of bean sprouts and chives. Liver is rich in iron and vitamins, so I want to eat it positively.
All you have to do is prepare the liver, and then you just fry it, so it’s easy.

material

Chicken liver・・・200g

*Soy sauce, ginger (grated) 1 teaspoon each
*Sake: 1 tbsp
Potato starch … 3 tbsp
Chinese chives・・・1 bunch
Bean sprouts 1 bag (200g)
◎ Soy sauce, sake, mirin・・・1 tbsp each
◎ Sugar: 2 teaspoons
◎Oyster sauce・・・1/2 tbsp
◎ Garlic (grated)・・・1 clove
Salad oil 1 tbsp

how to make

1, Cut the chicken liver into bite-sized pieces and remove the blood vessels and muscles.
Cut off the white part of the heart, cut it in half, open it, and remove the blood clots inside. Gently mix under running water to wash away blood vessels and dirt, and wash until the water becomes clear.

If you are concerned about the smell of liver, wash it with salt water or dip it in milk.

2, Drain the liver well with a colander, add * and marinate for 15 minutes.

3.Drain the water from step 2 and sprinkle potato starch around the liver.

4, Heat salad oil in a frying pan and bake the liver of 3.

5.When both sides have changed color, add the bean sprouts, cover with a lid, and steam-grill for about 2 minutes.

6.Add the ◎ ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the chives cut into 4cm lengths and stir-fry roughly to complete! !

If it’s not salty enough, add salt to taste.

Chives are so delicious that they leave a crunchy feeling.
Don’t over-fry it, and finish it lightly.
