Today’s dish is fluffy shumai made with a whole new onion! !

We add the same amount of fresh onions and minced pork, so it’s healthy and full of vegetables!
It’s easy to make as it can be made in a frying pan in 8 minutes!
Materials (17-23 pieces)
Minced pork…250g
Fresh onion: 1 large (250g)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
*Pepper…a little bit
*Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
*Potato starch: 1 tablespoon
*Grated ginger…2/3 teaspoon
How to make
1.Add salt to the minced pork and knead thoroughly until it becomes whitish and sticky. Finely chop the fresh onions.
2.Add fresh onion and * to the minced meat and mix again.

3.Place the meatballs on the skin of the shumai with a spoon and gently wrap them with your hands.
4.Spread a parchment paper on a frying pan and arrange the shumai so that they do not stick together.

Gently pour 100ml of water between the cooking sheet and the frying pan.
Cover with a lid, heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes.
It’s done!
The meat juice is overflowing! !
