Easy stuffed green peppers without kneading
You can enjoy a texture different from minced meat.
Rice goes well with teriyaki sauce with oyster sauce added.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

green pepper 5 pieces
Pork cut meat・・・250g
◎Onion・・・1/2 (finely chopped)
◎ Sake: 1 tablespoon
◎ salt and pepper
◎Potato starch: 2 tablespoons
*Oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons each

  • Sake, mirin, 1 tablespoon each
    *Water: 2 tablespoons
    ※ Garlic・・・1/2 clove (grated)
    Water 2 tbsp
    Salad oil 1 tbsp

how to make

  1. Finely chop the pork chopped meat with kitchen scissors, add ◎ and mix.

2.Cut the green pepper in half lengthwise and remove the stem and seeds. Sprinkle a thin layer of potato starch (not listed). shake off excess powder.

  1. Stuff the pork from 1 into the green pepper. If you fill the gaps well, it will be difficult for the peppers and meat to separate.

4.Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the meat side down, and bake over medium heat.

6.Turn it over again, add the ingredients that were mixed together, cover with a lid, and steam-grill for about 2 minutes.

Finished with sauce. Pour the remaining sauce on the frying pan and enjoy.
