Hello. It’s PAO.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had shumai today!
Recently, frying pan dumplings are easy and my favorite ♪

8 minutes in a frying pan! Steamed dumplings in the shape of a springy rose.

No steamer. It’s easy because it’s steamed in a frying pan!
The new onion is moist and juicy, and the sweetness of the new onion is delicious.

material

Minced pork or beef・250g
New onion 1 piece
Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
Potato starch … 1 tbsp
Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
Gyoza skin・・・54-60 sheets

how to make

1.AddAdd finely chopped onion and grated ginger and knead.

2.Moisten the edges of the gyoza wrapper with a little water and glue 3 pieces together.
Put the dough thinly on the top half.

3.Fold it in half with the pattern and roll it from the end. Moisten the end of the winding with water and tie tightly.

4.Spread an oven sheet on the frying pan and line up the shumai.
Gently add water to the outside of the baking sheet.

Cover and cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

The skin will harden over time, so freshly made is recommended.
