Korean-style sweet and spicy bulgogi that goes well with rice with a sweet and spicy sauce! !
It’s easy because you just mix all the ingredients, season them, and bake them in a frying pan all at once! !
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Cut beef・・・300g
Onion 1 piece
Carrot・・・1/2
Chinese chives・・・1 bunch
Shirataki 1 bag
*Soy sauce, sake, sugar: 2 tbsp each
*Gochujang 1 tablespoon
*Doubanjiang: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
*Garlic, ginger, 1 piece each (grated)
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Roasted sesame seeds, pepper, appropriate amount of each
how to make
1.Mix the * ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chop the beef into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors.
Thinly slice the onion and shred the carrot. Cut the chives into 4cm lengths.
Drain the shirataki well and cut into easy-to-eat lengths with kitchen scissors.
Add beef, onions, carrots, and shirataki to 1, rub in, and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add 2, and stir-fry over medium heat.
4.The water will come out, so boil it down until it becomes shiny.
Sprinkle with pepper and toasted sesame to finish.
*Add the leek at the end to finish.
*Be sure to drain the shirataki so that it doesn’t become watery.
It comes with a bundle of Chinese chives, so it has a crispy texture and the scent of Chinese chives is very delicious♪
