Hello! !
Coleslaw salad is often made with cabbage, but this time I made it with Chinese cabbage and chicken tenders.
Chewy chicken fillet and sweet, crunchy Chinese cabbage
is a coleslaw salad that goes great with it!
Since it is mixed with mayonnaise after being rubbed with salt, it is delicious with a little mayonnaise! !
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Chinese cabbage・・・400g
Carrot・・・1/2
Salt・・・1/2 teaspoon
Boiled scissors・2 pieces
*Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
*Vinegar, sugar, 1 teaspoon each
*Grained mustard: 1.5 tsp
how to make
1.Cut the core of the Chinese cabbage into 4 cm long strips, and cut the leaves into 5 mm to 1 cm wide strips.
Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut into 3cm lengths.
2.Put Chinese cabbage and carrot in a bowl and add salt.
Gently knead to mix and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze out any excess water.
3.Loosen the tenderloin and squeeze out the water.
4.Mix the * ingredients and add to 3.
Done ~~! !
Grain mustard is a good accent.
It’s very delicious when you eat chewy chicken breast and crunchy Chinese cabbage together.
Adding vinegar and sugar to mayonnaise gives it a strong flavor.
