Healthy frying pan steaming where you can get meat and vegetables together
Simply layer the ingredients and steam them in a frying pan.

Because the chicken is layered on top of the vegetables,
The cabbage with the umami of the meat is also delicious.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken thigh・1 piece
Color peppers (red, yellow) 1 each
Sake, water, 1 tbsp each

green onion sauce
*Green onion・・・1/3 (chopped)
*Ginger・・・1 piece (finely chopped)
*Soy sauce, vinegar, 2 tbsp each
*Sugar: 1 tbsp

how to make

1.Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Roughly chop the cabbage and finely chop the peppers. Slice the pumpkin.

2.Put the core part of the cabbage in the bottom of the frying pan and spread the leaves.

3.Place the vegetables and chicken on top of the cabbage and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

4.Sprinkle sake and water, cover and steam for 8-10 minutes to complete! !

5.Mix the green onion sauce ingredients.

Serve with meat and vegetables! !

The meat is soft and juicy! !
You can easily eat it with green onion sauce.
