how to make

1.Skin the chicken breast and cut into 3 pieces. Slice diagonally to cut the fibers.
Add salt, pepper and sake.

2.Add potato starch and chicken breast to a plastic bag, add a little air, close the mouth, and shake to evenly coat the flour.

3.Cut the onion in half lengthwise and cut into 5mm wide round slices so that the fibers are pierced.

Heat 1 teaspoon of salad oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the onion, and take it out when it becomes soft.

4.Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in the same frying pan, line up the chicken breasts and grill over medium-low heat.
When the whole becomes white, turn it over.

5.Once both sides are cooked, add * and bring to a boil.

6.When the juice is gone, don’t move it too much and brown it a little.
It’s fragrant and delicious.

If it doesn’t brown, try to rub it on the pan.
