Yellowtail and radish are a perfect match.

Instead of simmering, heat the radish in the microwave before adding it, so it saves time!
Plump yellowtail and radish are easy to make with a delicious frying pan!
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Radish・・・1/3 (350g)
Yellowtail・・・3 slices・・・300g
Salt and pepper…a little
・Potato starch・・・appropriate amount
*Soy sauce, mirin, sake: 2 tbsp each
*Sugar, water, 1 tbsp each
*Ginger: 1 piece (grated)
Salad oil 1 tbsp
how to make
1.Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 5 minutes.
Reduce the moisture that comes out with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper.
Lightly sprinkle with potato starch.
2.Cut the radish into 1.5 cm round slices, peel the skin, make a notch in the lattice and cut it in half.
Place in a heat-resistant container, add 5 tablespoons of water (not listed), and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Heat at 600W for 4-5 minutes.
If the bamboo skewer goes straight in, it’s OK!
3.Heat 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan,
Drain the radish and bake.
When it gets a golden brown color, turn it over, cover it with a lid and steam it and take it out.
4.Wipe off the dirt from the frying pan with kitchen paper, heat the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil, and bake the yellowtail from step 1.
When it is browned and half of the cross section is whitish, turn it over and bake both sides.

5.Remove excess oil with kitchen paper, put the daikon radish back in, add * and bring to a boil.When the juice is gone, it’s done!
