Hello! It’s PAO.
3 ingredients! Pot-au-feu style hot pot with chicken wings and Chinese cabbage.
The chicken wings are simmered first, so the meat is soft.
Potatoes do not fall apart when boiled.
Ingredients (for 3-4 people)
Chicken wings: about 10 pieces
Potatoes・2 to 3 pieces
Chinese cabbage・・・1/4
Sake・2 tbsp
Consomme granules: 2.5 tsp
water 5 cups
Salt・・・1/4 teaspoon
Pepper…a little
how to make
1.Use a kitchen knife or kitchen scissors to make an incision between the chicken wings and the meat.
It will cook quickly and the meat will come off the bone easily.
2.Boil water and sake in a pot, add chicken wings and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. It’s okay to put the chicken wings in as much as you can.
3.Cut vegetables while cooking. Cut the core of the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm wide strips and the leaves into 3 cm wide strips. Chop the potatoes into large chunks.
4.Add the core part of Chinese cabbage, potatoes, consommé granules, and salt to 2, cover and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
5.Add the Chinese cabbage leaves, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste!
If you make it early, the flavors will permeate and it will be delicious.
The meat is so tender that you can tear it with chopsticks!
Just before the potatoes fall apart, it’s so moist!
On a cold day, I want to warm up with a warm dish full of vegetables.
